For documents, our process is simple: You answer a series of questions and prompts, and we’ll do the rest. Our online software uses specially designed algorithms to match your responses with suggested text drafted Georgia licensed attorneys to create products ranging from contracts to wills. Depending on your goal, our system can generate the unique document you need in as little as 10 minutes.
Can’t complete the process yourself or need help forming a business? No problem. You can schedule an appointment with an actual Georgia licensed attorney at Peachtree Esquire Lawyers, PC. During the live consultation, the attorney will be able to assist you in creating just about any type of legal document you need, help you form a business, provide legal advice, and help get you on the right track.
Prices for document creation are $19 but members who upgrade to a premium plan and obtain documents for $9. In addition, consultations with lawyers at Peachtree Esquire Lawyers, PC are free and you won’t pay more than $999 to have your document drafted or business formed by a Georgia licensed attorney. (NOTE: State mandated filing fees and licensing fees may be required in addition to the $999 fee.)

For business formation, we do the work for you. If you’re forming a LLC or any type of corporation, all you need to do provide certain details one of the attorneys at Peachtree Esquire Lawyers, PC and they will draft the necessary documents and file the required forms. After everything is completed, Peachtree Esquire Lawyers will send you original copies of your official documents from agencies such as Georgia’s Secretary of State signifying that you’re properly registered.
Fees for business formation start at $999 plus the cost of filing fee and/or licensing fees. Also, as one of Peachtree Esquire Lawyer’s business clients, you’ll be given a fee legal wellness check known as the “Champ’s Checkup.” The Champ’s Checkup examines your company’s potential exposure to lawsuits and suggests changes which place you in a better position.
COMING SOON: For trademark and copyright applications, we work with you every step of the way. To start, you’ll need to answer a series of simple questions and we’ll pair you with a licensed attorney working with Peachtree Esquire Lawyers, PC. From there, you and the attorney will work together to submit an application which meets the standards of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and/or the U.S. Copyright Office.
Fees for trademark and copyright applications are $999 plus filing fees. However, a pay-as-you-go plan is available which allows you to pay 50% upfront and the remainder over the subsequent three month period.
If you don’t see the document you need on our site, we pair you with a lawyer. Our site is adding new forms every month but if you find the form you need, we pair you with an attorney at Peachtree Esquire Lawyers, PC who can assist you with drafting just about any legal document.
Fees for drafting customized legal documents will not exceed $999 and the fee includes direct access to your attorney so that you obtain the legal advise you need to feel confident about what you’re doing.

HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?
Costs range from $9 to $999, and it will be based on the services used. As a general rule, when you create legal documents using our online tools, the cost will be $19. Likewise, if you purchase a legal consultation regarding the document you’ve created, you’ll incur a separate fee of $99 as well. However, for services which involve heavy reliance on live interaction with a Georiga lawyer (e.g., drafting a complaint for a lawsuit), the fee will be $999. The $999 fee can be paid over time through a pay-as-you-go plan but 50% of the fee will be required upfront to get started.
