PeachtreeESQ was created by Georgia lawyers for Georgia citizens, businesses, and creators.

As a company, PeachtreeESQ is one of the only organizations which uses technology to empower the people of our state and connect individuals with legal counsel experienced with the laws of Georgia.

Many people—and even some attorneys— do not realize that Georgia’s laws can be very different from the laws of other states. Thus, PeachtreeESQ was created by Georgia lawyers for Georgia citizens, businesses, and creators.
As a company, PeachtreeESQ is one of the only organizations which uses technology to empower the people of our state and connect individuals with legal counsel experienced with the laws of Georgia.

Our Story

PeachtreeESQ was founded by a trial lawyer, Trey Ross, in Gwinnett County, Georgia. As an attorney representing small businesses in Georgia, too often Trey came across business contracts made from subpar online templates. Created by laymen at big tech companies over 1,000 miles away, the documents often did clients more harm than good. 

Fast forward two years later, an innovative legal tech hybrid was born right here in the Silicon Peach. The goal: Become the go-to place for Georgians drafting contracts, wills, family law documents, or forming Georgia-based businesses.  

We want every customer to leave with a great product tailored to his or her individual needs. By providing documents automated with the input of experienced Georgia lawyers, people to leave knowing that their documents are on equal footing with much more expensive documents created by private counsel. And if a customer wants a private attorney, we connect him or her with one.”
